Returns & Refunds Policy — ZORIC

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason.

How to return:

1. Email hello@zoric.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to tell us you want to return
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
4. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method

Faulty or damaged items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@zoric.co.uk within 14 days with photos. We’ll send a prepaid Royal Mail return label and issue a full refund within 5 working days of receipt.

Sizing issues
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. UK 12 = Bust 36″, Waist 29″, Hip 39″.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order in your correct size.
